摘  要:目的探析不同教学模式对医院检验科实习带教管理中对应用效果。方法回顾于2018年9—12月期间在该院检验科专业实习生共46名作为调查对象,依据该次教学模式划分为参照组(传统教学模式)、实验组(不同教学模式),各组23名,统计两组专业实习生出科前总考核成绩、实习能力评分及对该次教学满意程度,并予以评价。结果实验组简答题较参照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组分析题、操作题及总考核成绩评分均较参照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组激发实习生学习兴趣高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组对教学满意度为100.00%(23/23),显著高于参照组对教学满意度的86.96%(20/23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施不同教学模式在医院检验科实习带教管理后可有效提高实习生综合能力,可作为一种理想的教学办法。Objective To analyze the effect of different teaching modes on the management of clinical laboratory practice teaching.Methods A total of 46 cases of clinical internships in the laboratory during September-December 2018 were reviewed.They were divided into a reference group(traditional teaching mode)and an experimental group(different teaching modes),23 cases in each group.The total assessment scores,internship ability scores,and satisfaction with the teaching of the two groups of professional interns are counted and evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the short answer questions in the experimental group and the reference group(P>0.05).The analytical questions,operation questions and overall assessment scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The students'interest in learning were higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group's satisfaction with teaching was 100.00%(23/23),which was significantly higher than the reference group's teaching satisfaction with 86.96%(20/23),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of different teaching models can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of interns after teaching management in the hospital laboratory.It can be an ideal teaching method.
