摘　　要：住院医师规范培训是医学生毕业后继续教育的重要组成部分,对于提高医疗技能有着极为重要的作用。西安交通大学第二附属医院是陕西省首批住院医师规范化培训基地,呼吸与危重症医学科是住院医师规范化培训的重点科室。该文从临床实践能力、基本科研能力、医德医风等方面分析如何高效地完成呼吸与危重症医学科的规培任务。Standardized training of residents is an important part of continuing education for medical students after graduation,and it is extremely important for improving medical skills.The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University is the first standardized training base for residents in Shaanxi Province.The Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine is the key department for standardized training of residents.This article analyzes how to effectively complete the regulatory tasks of the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine from the aspects of clinical practice ability,basic scientific research ability,and medical ethics.
