摘　　要：胃肠道手术后早期肠内营养支持因其可改善患者营养状况,提高机体免疫功能,加快患者康复,在临床上得到不断发展。近年来,随着肠内营养支持技术的发展,早期免疫增强型肠内营养支持在结直肠癌术后的广泛应用得到理想效果,现将结直肠癌术后患者的早期免疫增强型肠内营养支持进行综述,探讨其对患者术后的影响,为患者提供更好的营养支持,为早期免疫增强型肠内营养支持的进一步研究提供参考。Early enteral nutrition support after gastrointestinal tract surgery has been continuously developed in the clinic because it can improve the nutritional status of patients, improve the immune function of the body, accelerate the recovery of patients. In recent years, with the development of enteral nutrition support technology, the widespread application of early immune-enhanced enteral nutrition support in colorectal cancer surgery has achieved ideal results,to review early immune-enhanced enteral nutrition in patients with colorectal cancer support, to explore its impact on patients after surgery, to provide patients with better nutritional support, and to provide references for further research on early immune-enhanced enteral nutritional support.
