摘  要:目的综述RRR(Reduced Rank Regression,RRR)方法特点及其在评估代谢紊乱性疾病相关膳食模式方面的研究进展情况。方法电子检索PubMed、SinoMed、万方数据库和中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)近18年间发表的有关RRR方法评估膳食模式与代谢紊乱性疾病相关性的观察性研究、病例对照研究、队列研究及系统综述,并进行综合探讨。结果共纳入33篇文献,综述结果显示:(1)以膳食能量、脂类、碳水化合物、膳食纤维等营养素作为反应变量,研究人员采用RRR方法有效提取了代谢紊乱性疾病相关膳食模式,但尚不能明确可以提取代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MetS)、2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)和心血管疾病(cardiovascular diseases,CVD)共性和特异性膳食模式的营养素或营养素系列。(2)多数研究在RRR方法中采用生化指标提取代谢性紊乱性疾病相关膳食模式。炎性标志物可作为采用RRR方法提取MetS、T2DM及CVD相关膳食模式的共性反应变量,其中CRP是研究人员最频繁采用的慢性炎症标志物。联合采用PCA和RRR方法有利于研究膳食模式与代谢紊乱性疾病相关性。(3)当前采用RRR方法进行代谢紊乱性疾病相关的膳食模式研究主要是在欧美人群中开展,“RRR模式”与T2DM相关性的外部有效性已在欧美人群中得到了一定程度验证,但在世界其他地区缺乏相关证据。结论RRR作为一种提取膳食模式的现代统计方法,有利于发现MetS、T2DM和CVD等代谢紊乱性疾病相关的膳食模式,并有利于其病理生理学的解释。RRR方法中如何选择代谢紊乱性疾病反应变量基于当前知识水平并具有一定的挑战性。“RRR模式”的简化和重复对于对于该类膳食模式的外部有效性验证具有重要意义。Objective To summarize the application of reduced rank regression(RRR)in studing the association between dietary patterns and metabolic syndrome.Methods In this review,case-control studies,cohort studies and systematic reviews related to using RRR to study the association between dietary patterns and metabolic syndrome in the past 18 years were retrieved from electronic databases including PubMed,SinoMed,Wanfang Data and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database(CNKI).Results A total of 33 publications were included.Based on these studies,we found that using the RRR method the researchers can effectively extract dietary patterns related to metabolic disorders by taking dietary energy,lipids,carbohydrates,dietary fiber and other nutrients as the response variables,but there was no clear evidence showing that a series of nutrients or nutrients could be taken as response variable to identify the common and specific dietary patterns for metabolic syndrome(MetS),Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and cardiovascular disease(CVD).Most studies used biochemical markers to extract dietary patterns related to metabolic syndrome in the RRR method.Inflammatory could be used as a common response variable for extracting MetS,T2DM,and CVD related dietary patterns,and CRP was the most frequently used chronic inflammation marker.Both principal component analysis(PCA)and RRR provide useful insights when studying the association of dietary patterns with metabolic disorders;Currently,studies regarding the relationship between dietary patterns and metabolic disorders using the RRR method were mainly carried out in European and American populations.The external validity of the correlation between“RRR dietary pattern”and T2DM had been verified to some extent in European and American populations,.Conclusion RRR is a useful statistical method to identify dietary patterns related to metabolic disorders such as MetS,T2DM and CVD.However this is a challenge for extraction of“RRR dietary pattern”,when selecting response variables
