摘  要:呼吸系统是提供机体所需氧气和排出CO2的场所,对维持正常生命活动至关重要。肺内外因素导致的呼吸系统急性重症的治疗是一个复杂的系统工程,营养支持是其中一个重要组成部分。近年来,营养支持进一步拓展引入免疫营养,即在肠内外途径补充或提供人体必需营养素的基础上,添加特别营养功效成分。免疫营养在呼吸系统急性重症患者中的临床应用及其对患者营养状态、免疫功能,乃至预后的影响备受关注。The respiratory system is one of the most vital systems in maintaining normal life functions by providing oxygen and discharging CO2.The treatment of critically ill patients with acute respiratory dysfunction caused by internal or external factors is complicated and often requires multiple approaches,wherein nutritional support plays an important role.In recent years,the concept of nutritional support has further expanded with the introduction of immunonutrition,which provides specific functional components in addition to routine enteral and parenteral nutrition.The clinical application of immunonutrition in critically ill patients with acute respiratory dysfunction and its effects on patients’nutritional status,immune function,and even prognosis have attracted lots of attention.
