摘　　要：汉字应用水平测试题库建设要坚持全面性、均衡性、开放性和自动拼卷四原则。标注了各种属性的素材库是题库建设的基础,利用程序可以从素材库中生成不同类型的试题形成题库,根据题库可以进一步生成标准样式的模拟试卷。题库可以直接服务于汉字应用水平测试命题工作,可供日常练习,对实现计算机自适应测试和中小学汉字分级测试亦有积极作用。To construct the Chinese character application level test should adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,equality,openness and automatically forming test paper.A database marked with various properties is the foundation of the construction of question bank.Question bank can be generated from the database with the help of computer programs,and the standard test papers for Chinese character application level can be further generated from the question bank.The question bank can directly serve the Chinese character application level test,can be used in daily practice,and can also play an active role in the realization of the computer self-adaptive test and the Chinese character grading test for primary and middle school students.
