细支气管肺泡癌影像诊断研究及分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析细支气管肺泡癌影像诊断价值。方法随机选取该院2017年6月—2019年6月收治并确诊为细支气管肺泡癌的患者120例,分别对患者采用X线片和CT诊断检查,其中X线片诊断检查的结果作为X线片组,CT诊断检查的结果作为CT组,然后与患者肺穿刺活检病理诊断结果进行对比,分析不同影像学的诊断价值。结果根据临床对比分析显示,CT组检测细支气管肺泡癌患者的临床诊断正确率为97.50%,显著高于X线片组的82.50%(χ2=15.000,P<0.05);CT组的灵敏度和特异度分别为98.11%、92.86%,分别高于X线组的86.79%、50.00%(χ2=9.735、6.300,P<0.05)。结论在细支气管肺泡癌患者临床中运用CT诊断检查,患者的临床诊断检查正确率高,灵敏度和特异度均显著,减少患者临床诊断的误诊率,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore and analyze the diagnostic value of thin bronchial alveolar cancer imaging.Methods randomly Select the hospital June 2017-June 2019 to treat and confirmed as a thin bronchial alveolar cancer patients 120 cases,respectively,the use of X-ray and CT diagnostic examination,of which X-ray diagnostic examination results as X-ray group,CT diagnostic examination results as CT group,then,the pathological diagnosis results of lung puncture biopsy were compared with the diagnostic value of different imaging.Results According to the clinical comparative analysis,the clinical diagnosis accuracy rate of CT group to detect patients with bronchial alveolar cancer was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than the 82.50%(χ2=15.000,P<0.05)in the X-ray group.The sensitivity and specificity of the CT group were 98.11%and 92.86%,which was higher than the 86.79%and 50.00%of the X-ray group respectively(χ2=9.735,6.300,P<0.05).Conclusion Ct diagnostic examination was used in the clinic of patients with thin bronchial alveolar cancer,and the patient's clinical diagnosis was high,the sensitivity and specificity were significant,which reduced the misdiagnosis rate of clinical diagnosis and had high clinical application value.
