翼状胬肉患者手术前后角膜屈光状态及角膜表面规则性分析

摘　　要：目的分析翼状胬肉患者手术前后角膜屈光状态及角膜表面规则性。方法于该院2017年10月—2018年10月收治的翼状胬肉患者中,随机选取60例作为样本,根据翼状胬肉大小的不同,对患者进行分组,3组患者均行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗疾病,对比治疗前后的各项指标。结果A组治疗前CA(1.6±0.1)D、SRI(0.4±0.1),与B组及C组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组治疗前CA(3.4±0.3)D、SRI(0.8±0.2)、ACP(43.8±1.6)D,与C组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗后CA(1.0±0.1)D、SRI(0.3±0.1)、ACP(45.0±1.3)D,与B组及C组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组有效率95%、并发症发生率5%、复发率0%,与B组及C组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植手术治疗翼状胬肉,可有效改善患者的角膜屈光状态及角膜表面规则性,手术效果受翼状胬肉大小的影响小,治疗有效率高,并发症少,且复发率低,优势显著。Objective To analyze corneal refractive status and corneal surface regularity in patients with pterygium before and after operation.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with pterygium were randomly selected as samples.According to the size of the wing-like meat,the patients were grouped,and the three groups of patients underwent the treatment of the disease with the combined autograft-limbal stem cell transplantation,and the indexes before and after the treatment were compared.Results The CA(1.6±0.1)D and SRI(0.4±0.1)of group A before treatment were significantly different from those of group B and C(P<0.05).Before treatment in group B,CA(3.4±0.3)D,SRI(0.8±0.2),and ACP(43.8±1.6)D.Compared with group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment in group A,CA(1.0±0.1)D,SRI(0.3±0.1),and ACP(45.0±1.3)D were not significantly different from those in group B and group C(P>0.05).The effective rate of group A was 95%,the complication rate was 5%,and the recurrence rate was 0%.Compared with group B and group C,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The invention can effectively improve the corneal refractive state of the patient and the regularity of the surface of the cornea,has small influence on the size of the wing-like meat,has the advantages of high effective rate,less complications and low recurrence rate,the advantages are significant.
