摘 要:目的探讨人工泪液治疗青光眼合并白内障术后干眼症的临床效果。方法便利选取2017年1月-2019年1月福建中医药大学附属龙岩人民医院收治的80例青光眼合并白内障术后干眼症患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例患者给予常规治疗,观察组40例在常规治疗上加用人工泪液治疗。观察两组治疗前后泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌水平及干眼症状完成评分。结果观察组治疗后基础泪液分泌(SIT)水平低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间(BUT)短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疗后2星期、4星期的干眼症评分分别为(1.52±0.77)分、(0.75±0.40)分,均低于对照组治疗后2周、4周的干眼症评分(2.81±1.03)分、(1.53±0.91)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.541、6.325, P<0.05)。结论青光眼白内障联合手术后干眼症应用人工泪液治疗的效果确切,可明显改善临床症状。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye after glaucoma and cataract surgery. Methods Convenient selection from January 2017 to January 2019, Longyan, Fujian university of TCM affiliated people’s hospital treated 80 cases of glaucoma with cataract surgery in patients with dry eyes, using the random number table method divided into observation group and control group, control group, 40 patients were given conventional treatment, the observation group 40 cases in the conventional treatment and treatment with artificial tears. The lacrimal rupture time, basal lacrimal secretion level and dry eye symptom completion score were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After treatment, the SIT level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the tear film rupture time(BUT) was shorter than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The dry eye scores of the observation group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were(1.52±0.77)points and(0.75±0.40)points, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(2.81 ±1.03)points and(1.53±.091)points, with statistically significant differences(t=8.541, 6.325, P<0.05). Conclusion Artificial tears can improve the clinical symptoms of dry eye after glaucoma and cataract combined operation.
