填充料对卷烟焦油及感官质量的影响研究

摘　　要：为了准确有效地评价填充料(梗丝、薄片和下部烟叶)对卷烟焦油及感官质量的影响,建立了填充料与焦油和感官质量间的数学模型。通过模型分析表明:(1)梗丝和薄片与焦油及感官质量成负相关,对降焦减害起到有利的作用,但对感官质量产生不利的作用;(2)下部烟叶与焦油成负相关,但对感官质量成正相关,因此,叶组配方中合理利用下部烟叶,既能起到降焦减害的作用,又可使感官质量保持稳定;(3)在各组合模型相关性分析中,各项指标均表现出了较好的相关性,说明各指标在模型中具有较好的显著性。In order to evaluate the effect of filler tobacco material(stem,reconstituted tobacco and lower tobacco leaf)on cigarette in tar and sensory quality accurately and effectively,a mathematical model between filler tobacco material,tar and sensory quality was established.Through the model analysis,it can be seen that:(1)stem and reconstituted tobacco have a negative correlation with tar and sensory quality,which is beneficial to reduce tar and harm,but has a negative effect on sensory quality;(2)lower tobacco leaf has a negative correlation with tar,but has a positive correlation with sensory quality,so the rational use of lower tobacco leaf in leaf group formula can not only reduce tar and harm,but also keep sensory quality stable;(3)in the correlation analysis of each combination model,each index shows a good correlation,indicating that each index has a good significance in the model.
