摘 要:目的比较新型冠状病毒肺炎患者咽拭子和肛拭子标本病毒核酸检测阳性率。方法采集东莞市确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的咽拭子标本408份,肛拭子标本128份,其中同一患者、同一时间咽拭子、肛拭子各87人份,用实时荧光RT-PCR进行病毒核酸检测,采用χ^2检验比较两种不同采集部位标本的阳性率。结果 87人份的咽拭子标本和肛拭子标本的病毒核酸检测阳性数分别为18份和27份,阳性率分别为20.7%和31.0%,阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^2=2.428,P>0.05)。结论采集新型冠状病毒肺炎患者咽拭子或者肛拭子标本对新型冠状病毒检测阳性率无明显影响。Objective To compare the positive rates of viral nucleic acid in pharyngeal swabs and anal swabs collected from patients with pneumonia of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods 408 samples of pharyngeal swabs and 128 samples of anal swabs were collected from patients diagnosed with COVID-19 in Dongguan, including 87 paired samples from the same patients. The virus nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence RT-PCR. Results The pharyngeal swab specimens and anal swab positive were detected in 18 specimens(20.7%) and 27 specimens(31.0%), respectively;there was no significant difference between them(χ^2=2.428, P>0.05). Conclusion Pharyngeal swabs or anal swabs collected from patients with COVID-19 have no significant effect on the positive rate of COVID-19 identification.
