摘　　要：目的观察铝碳酸镁片联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片对胃溃疡患者血清炎症因子及胃消化功能的影响。方法将86例胃溃疡患者依据随机数字表法分成两组,对照组患者给予阿莫西林胶囊0.2 g,口服,每天两次,埃索美拉唑肠溶片20 mg,口服,每天两次,观察组在此基础上加铝碳酸镁片1.0 g,口服,每天两次。观察临床疗效,酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)测定白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、胃泌素及胃动素水平,记录不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组血清中IL-6、TNF-α、胃泌素及胃动素水平较对照组明显低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论铝碳酸镁片联合埃索美拉唑肠溶片能提高胃溃疡患者临床疗效,降低血清炎症因子,改善胃消化功能。【Objective】To observe the effects of magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets combined with esomeprazole entericcoated tablets on serum inflammatory factors and gastric digestive function in patients with gastric ulcer.【Methods】Eighty-six patients with gastric ulcer were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received amoxicillin capsules 0.2 g,po bid,esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets 20 mg,po bid.Based on the above mentioned,aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets were added in the observation group by 1.0 g,po tid.Clinical efficacy was observed,and IL-6,TNF-α,gastrin,and motilin levels were measured by ELISA.Adverse reactions were recorded.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,gastrin and motilin in the serum of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Magnesium aluminum carbonate tablets combined with esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with gastric ulcer,reduce serum inflammatory factors and improve gastric digestive function.
