摘　　要：目的评价经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)与开放手术的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析两家综合医院收治的非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤患者54例。对照组23例行开放手术,观察组31例行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,观察两组的治疗效果。结果对照组与观察组都取得一定治疗效果,观察组手术时间、术中出血量、留置导尿管时间、住院时间及并发症发生率均短于或低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤,可以缩短手术时间、尿管留置时间及住院时间,减少术中出血量,且安全性高。【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT)and open surgery.【Methods】Fifty-four cases of non-muscular invasive bladder tumors treated in two general hospitals were retrospectively analyzed.Twenty-three patients in the control group were given open surgery,31 patients in the observation group were given TURBT,and therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.【Results】Both the control group and the observation group were able to obtain certain therapeutic effects.In the observation group,the time of operation,the amount of bleeding in surgery,the retention time of catheter,the time of hospitalization,and the incidence of complications were all shorter than or lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Transurethral urinary bladder tumor electrotomy for non-muscular invasive bladder tumors can significantly reduce the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,urinary tract retention time and hospitalization time,and is safe.
