摘　　要：临终关怀是一种新兴的护理方式,而近年来恶性肿瘤患者人数在中国呈快速增加趋势,这使得临终关怀在这一人群之中的应用得到了越来越多的关注。关于对癌症晚期患者进行临终关怀,国内外已有很多相对成熟的研究,但同时也存在着一些问题。为了让癌症晚期患者更多地了解临终关怀,提升患者生命最后时光的生活质量,该文综合分析多篇文献,就癌症晚期患者临终关怀的优势、具体方法和社会影响3方面进行综述。Hospice care is a rising nursing pattern.In recent years,the number of cancer patients is quickly increasing.So hospice care for these people is getting more and more attention.There are many relatively mature researches on hospice care for patients with advanced malignant tumors,but there are also some troubles.In order to let patients with advanced malignant tumors know more about hospice care,and to improve the quality of their end of life,this paper summarizes the advantages,specific measures and social effects of hospice care,based on many papers.
