摘 要:近年来,从药房自管到实施药房托管再到各省份支持药房剥离,医院药房尝试了多次改革。这些改革给高职高专药学专业的发展带来了机遇和挑战,可能将会促进药房从业人员的人力资源分配更趋合理,促使高职高专药学专业学生的大量就业、提升专业培养的精准定位。为了抓住药房改革发展的机遇,高职高专院校应加强医改政策的宣传、转变观念,精准定位药学技术人员,调整课程体系的设置,重视人才专业技能和综合素质的培养,提升人才培养质量、使培养的人才更加适应社会需求。In recent years,hospital pharmacies have tried many reforms,from self-management of pharmacies to the implementation of pharmacy trusteeship and then to the support of provinces for the separation of pharmacies.These reforms have brought opportunities and challenges to the development of pharmacy specialty in higher vocational colleges,which may promote the rational allocation of human resources for pharmacy practitioners,promote the employment of a large number of pharmacy students in higher vocational schools,and improve the precise positioning of professional training.In order to seize the opportunity of pharmacy reform and development,higher vocational colleges should strengthen the publicity of medical reform policy,change the concept,accurately locate pharmaceutical technicians,adjust the setting of curriculum system,attach importance to the cultivation of professional skills and comprehensive quality of talents,improve the quality of talent training,and make the trained talents more suitable for the needs of society.
