摘 要:心电图诊断学是临床上一门重要而实用的学科,但传统的教学方法相对单一,教学效果有待提升。为了提高心电图教学质量,笔者团队对切实有效的教学模式进行了探索,并优化了教学设计。在心电图教学的过程中,本研究进行了联合多种教学方法的改革,包括:翻转课堂、以问题为导向的学习(PBL)、以病例为导向的学习(CBL)、雨课堂、迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)等教学法,对学生考核及教师培养方式进行改进。通过教学改革,增加了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生解决实际问题的临床综合能力。在心电图教学中联合多种教学方法,能有效提升教学效率及教学质量,有助于培养基本功扎实可靠的医学高校人才。Electrocardiogram diagnostics is an important and practical subject in clinical practice,but the traditional teaching methods are relatively simple and the teaching effect needs to be improved.In order to improve the teaching quality of electrocardiogram,the author's team explores the effective teaching mode and optimizes the teaching design.In the process of electrocardiogram teaching,this study carries out the reform of multiple teaching methods,including flipped classroom,problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL),rain classroom,mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)and other teaching methods,and improves the way of student assessment and teacher training.Through the teaching reform,students'interest in learning has been increased and their comprehensive ability to solve practical problems has been improved.Combining a variety of teaching methods in electrocardiogram teaching can effectively improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality,which is conducive to the training of medical college talents with solid basic skills.
