基于Scrum敏捷开发的情报信息服务工作模式研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在构建更科学的运维模式,以期情报信息服务工作提速增效。[方法/过程]针对上述问题,将源于软件开发的Scrum敏捷方法引入到情报信息服务工作中,从模型构建、Scrum流程建立、团队组建及迭代过程几个方面阐述了基于Scrum敏捷开发的情报信息服务工作模式。[结果/结论]实践表明,Scrum敏捷开发方法能使情报信息服务工作提速增效,并能更好地满足用户需求。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to establish more scientific operating models so as to speed up information service work and promote efficiency enhancement.[Method/process]In response to the problems above the Scrum agile method derived from software development was introduced into information service and the operating mode of information service based on Scrum agile development was expounded from the aspects of model building Scrum process building team building and iteration process.[Result/conclusion]Practices show that Scrum agile development can speed up and promote efficiency enhancement of information service and meet the users’demands better.
