摘　　要：目的:探讨肺软骨瘤的CT表现及临床病理特点。方法:回顾性分析2011年8月至2019年9月经病理证实的13例肺软骨瘤的CT表现。结果:13例均经手术或CT引导下穿刺活检病理诊断为肺软骨瘤,均为单发,6例位于右肺,7例位于左肺,肿物较小,最大径>3 cm的仅1例。所有病例CT显示边界均清晰,5例出现浅分叶,仅有2例病灶出现了边缘小片样钙化,8例出现贴边血管征象,平扫CT平均值为(36.8±11.2)Hu。11例增强CT中,有3例不强化,8例呈轻度强化(强化值小于20 Hu),其中仅1例强化不均匀。有7例患者是体检或意外发现;有6例表现为咳嗽。结论:肺软骨瘤是一种肺内非常罕见良性肿瘤,CT特征性表现为肺内小孤立性结节、强化不明显,出现贴边血管征且少见钙化、无坏死,正确认识有利于术前诊断及鉴别。Objective:To investigate the CT manifestations and clinicopathological features of pulmonary chondroma.Method:CT data of 13 cases of pulmonary chondroma diagnosed by pathology from Aug 2011 to Sep 2019 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All of 13 cases were solitary tumors,6 cases located in the right lung and 7 cases located in the left lung in CT imaging.Only 1 case had the largest diameter>3 cm.Tumor boundaries were clear in all cases,5 cases had shallow lobulation,2 cases had marginal calcification,and 8 cases showed welt vascular sign.The average CT value of plain scan was(36.8±11.2)Hu.Enhanced CT scan in 11 cases showed 3 cases without enhancement and 8 cases with mild enhancement(the enhancement value<20 Hu),of which only 1 case showed nonuniform enhancement.Seven patients were found by physical examination or accident.Cough was present in 6 cases.Conclusions:Pulmoanry chondroma is a rare benign tumor in the lung.The characteristic manifestations of CT are small solitary nodule,no obvious enhancement,welt vascular sign,rare calcification and no necrosis.
