摘  要:商业模式升级和创新一直以来都受到社会各界关注,而人力资本积累则是影响商业模式升级和创新的可持续路径。本文首先针对不同类型的人力资本对商业模式升级路径的影响,进行了一个文献梳理和理论分析,随后以中国民营上市公司为研究对象展开了实证研究。结论表明:国内企业的人力资本大致可以分为三种类型:技术型人力资本、知识型人力资本和政企关系型人力资本。其中,技术型人力资本的积累,会使企业倾向于选择通过掌握更先进技术水平,从而提高产品价值和生产效率;知识型人力资本的积累,会使企业倾向于选择通过培养高素质人才,从而拥有更有效的竞争策略;政企关系型人力资本的积累,会使企业选择通过掌握更多外部资源,从而获得系统优势。根据企业人力资本的不同特点,选择合适的商业模式升级路径才能取得更好的效果。Business model upgrades and innovations have been receiving attention from all walks of life,and human capital accumulation is a sustainable path affecting business model upgrades and innovations.This paper first conducts a literature review and theoretical analysis of the impact of different types of human capital on the business model upgrade path,and then does an empirical study taking Chinese private listed companies as research objects.The conclusion shows that the human capital of domestic enterprises can be roughly divided into three types:technical human capital,knowledge-based human capital and human capital with government-enterprise relationship.Among them,the accumulation of technical human capital will make companies tend to choose a more advanced technology level,so as to improve product value and production efficiency.The accumulation of knowledge-based human capital will make enterprises tend to choose to cultivate more high-quality talents,so as to attain more effective competitive strategies.And human capital with government-enterprise relationship allows companies to gain systematic advantages by mastering more external resources.According to the different characteristics of human capital,choosing a suitable business model upgrade path will help enterprises head towards better results.
