摘  要:目的探索不同浓度Cu^2+和Cd^2+对湖北钉螺体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活力的影响。方法按照Cu^2+、Cd^2+质量浓度分别设置7个浓度梯度组,每组放入15只钉螺。24 h后解剖去壳,匀浆,取上清液,分别测定各组钉螺体内SOD、CAT和POD活力。结果随着Cu^2+浓度逐渐升高,钉螺体内SOD活力呈先上升后下降的趋势,CAT活力呈下降-上升-下降趋势,POD活力呈先上升后下降的趋势。随Cd^2+浓度逐渐升高,钉螺体内SOD活力呈先上升再下降的趋势,CAT活力呈下降-上升-下降的趋势,POD活力呈下降-上升-下降趋势。结论在相同作用时间下,高浓度Cu^2+和Cd^2+均可使钉螺体内SOD、CAT、POD活力下降。Objective To evaluate the effects of Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ at different concentrations on superoxide dismutase(SOD), cat-alase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) activity in Oncomelania hupensis.Methods Cu^2+-and Cd^2+-containing solutions were pre-pared at 7 concentrations, and O. hupensis snails were exposed to the solutions for 24 h, of 15 snails in each concentration. Then,the snail body was collected following removal of the snail shell and homogenated, and the SOD, CAT and POS activities were de-tected in the supernatants.Results With the increase of the Cu^2+ concentration, the SOD activity appeared a rise followed by areduction in O. hupensis snails, and the CTA activity appeared a decline-rise-decline tendency, while the POD activity showed atendency towards rise followed by decline. With the increase of the Cd^2+ concentration, the SOD activity appeared a rise followedby a reduction in O. hupensis snails, and the CTA activity appeared a decline-rise-decline tendency, while the POD activityshowed a decline-rise-decline tendency.ConclusionExposure to Cu^2+ and Cd^2+ at high concentrations results in a decline inthe activity of SOD, CAT and POD in O. hupensis at the same time.
