眼睑肿瘤切除术后上眼睑前层重建的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究眼睑肿瘤切除术后皮瓣转移修复眼睑前层缺损的临床效果。方法以2017年1月-2019年3月期间眼睑肿瘤切除术后在医院通过滑行皮瓣或眼轮匝肌皮瓣进行上眼睑前层缺损修复的60例患者为研究对象,其中32例行滑行皮瓣修复,28例行眼轮匝肌皮瓣修复,比较患者术后上眼睑前层修复情况及术后随访情况。结果滑行皮瓣和眼轮匝肌皮瓣均显示出良好的修复效果,滑行皮瓣修复术后并发症的发生率显著高于眼轮匝肌皮瓣修复(P <0. 05),眼轮匝肌皮瓣修复患者的术后满意度显著高于滑行皮瓣修复的患者(P <0. 05)。结论在眼睑肿瘤切除手术后,皮瓣修复上眼睑前层缺损显示出良好的临床效果,眼轮匝肌皮瓣修复术后并发症的发生率更低,患者的满意度更高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of skin flap transfer in repair of anterior eyelid defects after resection of eyelid tumors. Methods A total of 60 patients with upper eyelid anterior defects repaired by gliding skin flap or orbicularis oculi musculocutaneous flap after resection of eyelid tumors in our hospital from January,2017 to March,2019 were selected as the research objects,and 32 cases were repaired with sliding skin flaps and 28 cases were repaired with orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flaps. Then,the postoperative upper eyelid anterior layer and postoperative follow-up of patients were compared. Results The sliding flaps and orbicularis oculi musculocutaneous flaps showed good repair effect,and the incidence of complications after sliding skin flap repair was significantly higher than that of orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap repair( P < 0. 05). The postoperative satisfaction of patients with orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flap repair was significantly higher than that of patients with gliding skin flap repair( P < 0. 05). Conclusion After resection of eyelid tumors,the clinical effect of repair of upper eyelid anterior defect with skin flaps are good,in which the incidence of complications after orbicularis oculi myocutaneous flaps repair is lower and the patients’ satisfaction degree is higher.
