摘  要:本科毕业论文能否真实反映高校人才培养质量,其质量高低受哪些因素影响,大致有"鸡肋说""过程说""强化说"和"替代说"等观点。文章在"以本为本"的背景下,对毕业论文相关制度和问题进行分析,并运用KAQ分析方法构建起毕业论文在本科人才培养中的知识、能力和素质框架,提出本科毕业论文的知识目标是获得缄默知识;能力目标是通过主动学习和建构学习培养毕业生的元学习能力;素质目标是通过毕业论文进行科研训练,强调规范、事实、逻辑和道德等科研素质。Whether undergraduate dissertation can truly reflect the quality of talent training in universities,and what factors affect the quality are roughly based on the views of"chicken rib theory","process theory","strengthening theory"and"substitution theory".The paper comprehensively explains the relevant systems and problems of undergraduate dissertation in the background of taking Ben as the basis.The KAQ(Knowledge Ability and Quality)analysis method is used to construct the knowledge,ability and quality framework of undergraduate dissertation in talent training.It is proposed that the knowledge goal of the undergraduate dissertation shall be to obtain tacit knowledge,the ability goal to cultivate meta-learning ability through active learning and constructive learning,and the quality goal to conduct scientific research training through graduation dissertation,emphasizing normative,factual,logical and moral scientific research qualities.
