应用语言学视域下的语言障碍研究

摘　　要：临床语言学研究既有助于解决语言障碍的临床问题,也有助于修正和发展语言学理论。但是,临床语言学的学科归属尚不明确,汉语语言障碍的临床语言学研究尚未受到国内语言学界的重视。通过梳理临床语言学在国内外的发展,笔者提出,临床语言学是语言学与医学交叉的边缘学科,隶属于应用语言学,旨在研究口语、书面语和手语在习得和使用中出现的障碍,揭示语言障碍的规律,服务于语言障碍的临床评估、诊断、治疗和康复,主要任务是使用语言学方法和医学技术对语言障碍加以描写、分类和评估分级。Research findings of clinical linguistics are helpful to both solving the clinical treatment problems of language disorders and developing linguistic theories.However,it is an open question whether clinical linguistics is a sub-discipline of linguistics or medicine.Furthermore,Chinese language disorders have not drawn much attention from linguistics field of China.This paper therefore attempts to review the history of clinical linguistics at home and abroad.It is argued that clinical linguistics,an interdisciplinary subject of linguistics and medicine,is a branch of applied linguistics,focusing on disorders of oral,written language and sign language,aiming to reveal the rules of language disorders and serving the clinical evaluation,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of patients with language disability.The essential tasks of this area include describing,classifying and assessing language disorders with methods of linguistics and medical technology.
