摘　　要：《黄帝内经》是传统医学四大经典著作之一,心者,君主之官,而经脉脏腑相关是经络理论的核心部分。该文基于《黄帝内经》从正经、经别、络脉、现代研究等角度论证关于心的经脉脏腑相关。开展心的经脉脏腑相关研究可进一步丰富以心为靶向器官的相关理论,亦可为临床治疗心脑血管疾病提供一种新的治疗思路。Inner Canon of Huangdi is one of the four classics of traditional medicine.The heart is the sovereign.The correlation of meridians and viscera is the core part of the meridians theory.Based on Inner Canon of Huangdi,this paper discusses the relationship between the meridians and viscera of the heart from the perspectives of meridians,diergent meridians,diergent collaterals and modern studies.The research on the heart meridians and viscera can further enrich the theory that the heart is the target organ and provide a new therapeutic idea for the clinical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
