摘　　要：Eukaryotic cells have multiple membrane organelles within the cell.One of the cellular challenges is to direct proteins,especially membrane proteins,to the right membrane compartment.Around onethird of the encoded proteins must be targeted to the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)before being trafficked into the right organelles[1].
