摘　　要：改革开放40多年,人民生活水平普遍提高。但随着国际局势的变化,我国的社会稳定面临着严峻挑战,恐怖主义暴力行为严重威胁着我国安全。爆炸是恐怖分子用于实施暴力犯罪的常用方式。随着科技的发展,爆炸装置和手段日趋先进、复杂,暴力恐怖活动的行径更为方便快捷。新形势下,爆炸犯罪预防及增强识别和正确处置爆炸物的技能显得越来越重要,已成为当前对策中一大课题。For more than 40 years of reform and opening up,people's living standards have generally improved.However,with the changes of international situation,China’s social stability is facing severe challenges,and the terrorist violence is a serious threat to the domestic security.Explosion is the common method used by terrorists to commit violent crimes.With the development of science and technology,explosive devices and means have become increasingly advanced and complicated,and acts of violent terrorist activities have become more convenient and efficient.Therefore,the prevention of explosive crimes and the enhancement of skills to identify and correctly handle explosives are becoming increasingly important and it has become a major issue in current countermeasures.
