食道心房调搏仪在心肺复苏中的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对呼吸心跳骤停患者心肺复苏时应用食道心房调搏仪对心脏的起搏效果。方法将2017年呼吸心跳骤停患者56例设为对照组,采用常规抢救方法;选择2018年应用食道心房调搏仪的呼吸心跳骤停患者61例为试验组,试验组在常规抢救基础上,经口腔植入心脏起搏电极,应用食道心房调搏仪进行心脏起搏。观察2组抢救成功率、家属满意度及有效复苏时间。2组患者在性别比、年龄、发病至抢救时间、来院方式、抢救时间等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果呼吸心跳骤停患者在常规心肺复苏基础上应用食道心房调搏仪可使部分心脏起搏,患者抢救成功率、家属满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),有效复苏时间少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸心跳骤停患者进行心肺复苏时应用食道心房调搏仪起搏心脏可提高抢救成功率缩短有效复苏时间,提高家属满意率,并且操作简单迅速,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effects of esophageal atrial pacemaker on cardiac pacing during cardiopulmonary resuscitation in patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest.Methods A total of 56 patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest who were treated in our hospital in 2017 were enrolled as control group,who were treated by conventional rescue method,and theother 61 patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest who were treated in our hospital in 2018 were enrolled as experimental group,on the basis of control group,were treated by implanting cardiac pacing electrodes through the mouth,and esophageal atrial pacemaker were used for cardiac pacing.The success rate of rescue,the satisfaction degree of family members,and effective resuscitation time were observed and compared between the two groups.Moreover there were no significant differences in patient’s gender and age,the time from onset to rescue,approach to hospital,and rescue time between the two groups(P>0.05).Results The rescue success rate and the satisfaction degree of family members in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover the effective resuscitation time was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of esophageal atrial pacemaker can improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the effective resuscitation time,improve the satisfaction degree of family members,moreover,the operation is simple and rapid,thus,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
