摘　　要：司法行政人民警察招录便捷机制的实施,对司法警官院校刑事侦查技术专业人才培养质量提出了更高的要求。如何不断提高人才培养质量,成为当前刑事侦查技术专业建设必须解决的问题。因此,有必要对刑事侦查技术专业现状、发展趋势以及人才培养模式存在的问题进行研究,从而探索出新形势下该专业人才培养模式改革的路径,以满足人才培养质量的需要。The implementation of the convenient recruitment mechanism of the people's police of judicial administration has put forward higher requirements on the quality of the training of criminal investigation technical talents in judicial police academies.How to continuously improve the quality of talent training has become a problem that must be solved in the construction of criminal investigation technology specialty.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation,development trend and problems of talent training mode of criminal investigation technology specialty,so as to explore the path of talent training mode reform under the new situation,so as to meet the needs of talent training quality.
