摘  要:高职法律事务专业一直沿袭和照搬法律本科教育的教学体系,在教学目标、教学内容、教学方法及手段、教学评价等方面均不能体现高职教育的鲜明特色。传统的教学体系已经不能适应高等法律职业教育的要求,通过对法律事务专业教学体系的审视,力图建立与专业人才培养目标契合的教学目标;基于岗位标准、职业标准和专业标准制定教学内容;实现教学方法手段多样化和有效性;建立具有科学性和可操作性的教学评价体系。Higher vocational legal affairs major has always followed and copied the teaching system of law undergraduate education,which cannot reflect the distinct characteristics of higher vocational education in the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods and means,and teaching evaluation.The traditional teaching system has been unable to adapt to the requirements of higher legal vocational education.Through the review of the teaching system of legal affairs major,the author tries to establish a teaching goal that is consistent with the training goal of professional talents,make teaching contents based on post standard,professional standard and professional standard,realize the diversification and effectiveness of teaching methods and means,and establish a scientific and operable teaching evaluation system.
