国外晋升研究述评及中国情境下职场晋升研究展望——基于文献计量法和定性研究

摘　　要：回顾与总结国外晋升研究成果,对国内晋升管理实践具有借鉴意义。采取文献计量和定性研究相结合方法,对1920-2018年国外晋升研究的知识基础、研究热点和研究前沿进行梳理,构建了晋升成长路径图;从竞赛、关系、信号视角对晋升前因和效应进行探析,对国内职场“逆淘汰”等不良现象进行剖析。最后,展望了中国情境下职场晋升的研究方向。The review and summary of foreign promotion research results have reference significance for domestic promotion management practice.By using the method of literature measurement and qualitative research,the knowledge basis,research hotspots and research frontiers of promotion research abroad from 1920 to 2018 are sorted out,and the promotion growth path is constructed.This paper analyzes the cause and effect of promotion from the perspective of competition,relationship and signal,and analyzes the adverse phenomena of"adverse elimination"in domestic workplace.Finally,the future research direction of career promotion in China is prospected.
