摘　　要：目的探讨上调细胞周期相关蛋白-1(cell cycle associated protein 1,Caprin-1)对胶质瘤细胞恶性行为的影响。方法选择78例胶质瘤患者的病灶组织与癌旁组织(癌组织边缘外≥2 cm组织),调查所有患者的胶质瘤细胞恶性行为,采用免疫组化检测Caprin-1与肝癌衍生生长因子(hepatoma-derived growth factor,HDGF)表达情况。结果病灶组的Capirn-1和HDGF表达阳性率为85.9%和80.8%,显著高于癌旁组的24.4%和28.2%(P<0.05)。在78例患者中,不同肿瘤大小、临床分期、局部侵袭胶质瘤患者的Capirn-1和HDGF表达阳性率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示Caprin-1表达与HDGF表达呈显著正相关性(γ=0.543,P=0.000)。结论Caprin-1在胶质瘤组织中呈现高表达状况,也可影响HDGF的表达,与胶质瘤细胞的恶性行为显著相关。Objective To investigate the effects of up-regulation of cell cycle associated protein-1(Caprin-1)on the malignant behavior of glioma cells.Methods 78 lesions and paracancerous tissues(≥2 cm tissue outside the margin of cancer tissue)of glioma patients were selected,and were to investigate the malignancy of glioma cells in all patients,used the immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of Caprin-1 and hepatoma-derived growth factor(HDGF).Results The positive rates of Capirn-1 and HDGF expression in the lesion group were 85.9%and 80.8%,which were significantly higher than those in the paracancerous group(24.4%and 28.2%,P<0.05).In the 78 patients,the positive rates of Capirn-1 and HDGF expression in different tumor size,clinical stage,and local invasion of glioma compared were also statistically significant different(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that Caprin-1 expression were significantly positively correlated with HDGF expression(γ=0.543,P=0.000).Conclusion Caprin-1 is highly expressed in glioma tissues and can also affect the expression of HDGF,which is significantly associated with the malignant behavior of glioma cells.
