摘　　要：目的探究mFOLFOX与Taxol+CF/5-Fu化疗方案在胃癌术后辅助化疗中的疗效及其对患者无疾病生存期(DFS)、总生存期(OS)及不良反应指标的影响。方法回顾性分析行胃癌术后辅助化疗的200例患者资料,根据化疗方案不同分为A组(110例,mFOLFOX化疗方案)和B组(90例,Taxol+CF/5-Fu化疗方案)。随访3年,记录2组DFS、OS情况,并在化疗期间检测患者血、尿常规、肝肾功能及心电图等指标以评价不良反应情况。结果2组性别、年龄、原发灶、病理分期基线资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组1年、2年、3年无疾病生存率及总生存率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应主要为白细胞降低、血小板降低、贫血、肝功能损伤、胃肠道反应、末梢神经毒性等,仅B组末梢神经毒性明显低于A组(P<0.05);其他不良反应2组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌术后辅助化疗选择mFOLFOX与Taxol+CF/5-Fu化疗方案均可起到较好疗效,且不良反应较轻,安全性高。Objective To investigate the curative effect of mFOLFOX and Taxol+CF/5-Fu chemotherapy regimens in adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for gastric cancer and the effect on disease-free survival(DFS),overall survival(OS)and adverse reactions.Methods The medical data of 200 patients underwent adjuvant chemotherapy after operation for gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed.According to the chemotherapy regimen,the patients were divided into group A(110 cases treated with mFOLFOX chemotherapy regimen)and group B(90 cases treated with Taxol+CF/5-Fu chemotherapy regimen).All patients were followed up for 3 years,and DFS and OS were recorded.The blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were detected during chemotherapy to evaluate adverse reactions.Results There were no significant differences in baseline data such as gender,age,primary lesion and pathological stage between the 2 groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in 1-year,2-year and 3-year DFS rate or OS rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The adverse reactions mainly included low white blood cell count,thrombocytopenia,anemia,liver function damage,gastrointestinal reactions and peripheral neurotoxicity.Only peripheral neurotoxicity in group B was significantly milder than that of group A(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in other adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant chemotherapy of both mFOLFOX and Taxol+CF/5-Fu chemotherapy regimens can achieve good curative effect after operation for gastric cancer,with mild adverse reactions and high safety.
