隔药灸联合昂丹司琼在预防铂类化疗药物致恶心呕吐的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨隔药灸联合昂丹司琼在预防铂类化疗药物致恶心呕吐的临床效果。方法选取接受化疗的肺癌患者80例为研究对象,根据计算机生成的随机数字表,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者每次化疗前给予昂丹司琼,观察组患者每次化疗前给予隔药灸联合昂丹司琼。比较两组化疗第1~5 d恶心呕吐程度及恶心呕吐预防效果,化疗过程中不良反应。结果化疗第1~4 d,观察组恶心程度低于对照组,观察组化疗恶心完全缓解率(CR)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗第2 d和第3 d,观察组呕吐程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),化疗第3 d,观察组呕吐CR和有效率(RR)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论隔药灸联合昂丹司琼能有效降低铂类化疗方案所致恶心呕吐的程度,提高恶心呕吐控制缓解率或有效率,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of medicinal cake-separated moxibustion combined with ondansetron on the prevention of nausea and vomiting caused by platinum-based chemotherapy drugs.Methods 80 patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy were selected for the study and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to computer-generated random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was given ondansetron before each chemotherapy,and the observation group was given medicinal cake-separated moxibustion combined with ondansetron before each chemotherapy.The nausea and vomiting degree and preventive effects of nausea and vomiting on the 1st to 5th d of chemotherapy and the adverse reactions during chemotherapy were compared between the 2 groups.Results On the 1st to 4th d of chemotherapy,the nausea degree in the observation group was lower than that in control group,and the complete remission rate(CR)of chemotherapy nausea in the observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).On the 2nd and 3rd d of chemotherapy,the vomiting degree in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).On the 3rd d of chemotherapy,the CR and response rate(RR)of vomiting in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Medicinal cake-separated moxibustion combined with ondansetron can effectively reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting caused by platinum-based chemotherapy,and improve the remission rate or effective rate of nausea and vomiting,and it has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
