年轻女性早期乳腺癌的研究概况

摘　　要：年轻女性早期乳腺癌早期诊断率低、恶性程度高、预后差,且患者保乳意愿强烈,因此,成为了广泛关注的研究课题。本研究采用PubMed数据库检索近10年来发表的年龄<40岁女性乳腺癌的文献资料,以及前瞻性多中心随机对照试验研究TAILORx、SOFT、TEXT中年龄<40岁早期乳腺癌患者的最新研究结果,探讨年轻女性早期乳腺癌的疾病特征和合理治疗。学习并综述欧洲肿瘤学院和欧洲肿瘤内科学会共同发布的年轻女性乳腺癌国际共识指南,美国国立综合癌症网络、美国临床肿瘤学会乳腺癌临床实践指南的基本内容,以及最近的更新。Breast cancer in young women has low early diagnosis rate,high malignancy degree,poor prognosis,and patients have a strong desire to breast conserving.Therefore,it has become a research topic of widespread.To discuss the disease characteristics and rational treatment for breast cancer in young women(BCYW),use PubMed search engine to seek the document literature in BCYW aged under 40 years old over past 10 years.And the latest research achievement in adjuvant systemic therapy of young women less than 40 years of age with early invasive breast cancer has been published by several important multicenter prospective randomized controlled trials,including the Trial Assigning Individualized Options for Treatment,the Suppression of Ovarian Function trial and the Tamoxifen and Exemestane trial.In the meantime,to review the international consensus guidelines for BCYW founded by the European School of Oncology and the European Society of Medical Oncology,the clinical practice guidelines of National Comprehensive Cancer Network and American Society of Clinical Oncology for breast cancer,and the newest update in these guidelines.
