摘　　要：中医文化博大精深,"中和"是中医的永恒追求和归宿。中医讲求和,而如何"致中和","冲气以为和"业已明确思维模式和途径,并奠定了中医学"和"观念及动态观的基础。万物以气相连,"冲气"描述了气在运动过程中的平衡和谐。达到这一状态,中医阐述了精气互化、阴阳对立互用、五行生克制化胜复法则以及"三才"相互联系的方法论,明确中医气思维以及人的运动性和物质性,将理论转化为方法,指导生理、病理和临床诊治。总结出了中医的"冲气"思维及达到"和"的方法论。The culture of Chinese medicine is extensive and profound."Neutralization"is the eternal pursuit and destination of Chinese medicine.Generally,Chinese medicine always pursue forneutralization.,then,how to"neutralize"?"To be neutralized by way of Chongqi"has made clear the mode and way of thinking,and laid the foundation of the concept and dynamic view of Chinese medicine.All things are connected by"Qi",and"Chongqi"describes the balance and harmony of Qi in the process of movement.To achieve this state,Chinese medicine expounds the interaction of essence and Qi,the mutual use of Yin and Yang,the principle of"five elements"and the methodology of the relationship between"three talents".It clarifies the thinking of Qi in traditional Chinese medicine and the movement and materiality of human beings,and converts the theory into methods to guide physiology,pathology and clinical diagnosis and treatment.This paper sums up the thinking of"Chongqi"in Chinese medicine and the methodology of achieving"neutralization".
