疏肝理气法联合三阶梯镇痛方案在癌痛治疗中的应用

摘　　要：癌痛是影响肿瘤患者生活质量的重要因素,日益受到关注。从调畅气机角度出发,探讨疏肝理气法联合三阶梯镇痛方案干预癌痛:替代第一阶梯药物、延长第二阶梯升阶时间、延缓第三阶梯药物剂量增加及改善药物相关不良反应。疏肝理气中药单体延胡索在癌痛治疗中的应用广泛。以期为癌痛的中西医结合治疗提供新的思路。Cancer pain is an important factor affecting the quality of life of cancer patients,which is increasingly concerned.From the perspective of regulating Qi,the intervention of liver-soothing and Qi-regulating method combined with three-step analgesia scheme on cancer pain was discussed: replacing the first step drugs,extending the second-step analgesic therapy,delaying the increase of the third step drugs’ dose and relieving drug-related side effects. The application of rhizoma corydalis in the treatment of cancer pain is extensive in order to provide new ideas for the treatment of cancer pain combined with Chinese and western medicine.
