摘　　要：目的:探讨高频超声检查和超声引导下粗针穿刺活检对妊娠哺乳期乳腺癌(PABC)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析9例经手术病理证实的PABC患者临床资料,所有患者术前均行高频超声检查及超声引导下粗针穿刺活检,将结果与术后病理对照分析。结果:PABC超声表现:低回声,微小钙化,血流丰富,同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大。首次超声检查和超声引导下粗针穿刺活检准确率分别为66.7%、100%。结论:高频超声检查可作为首选影像学检查方法,PABC术前确诊有赖于超声引导下粗针穿刺活检。Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound and ultrasound guided core-needle biopsy(US-CNB)in the diagnosis of pregnancy-associated breast cancer(PABC).Methods The clinical data of 9 patients with PABC proved by surgical pathology were retrospectively analyzed.All patients received high-frequency ultrasonic exam and US-CNB before surgery.The results were compared with surgical pathology.Results The ultrasound appearance of PABC:low-echo,micro-calcification,internal plentiful blood flow on color Doppler flow images,axillary lymph node metastasis.The accuracy of ultrasound exam and US-CNB were 66.7%,100%.Conclusions The high frequency ultrasound can be used as the preferred imaging examination method.The US-CNB is still needed before surgery.
