摘 要:为了满足临床医学检测需求,设计了酶联斑点图像扫描仪的机械平台和基于"计算机+运动控制器+工业显微相机"的控制系统;完成了基于ARM的嵌入式运动控制器的软硬件开发,实现了多轴电机运动控制和扫描仪工作逻辑流程;通过上、下位机软件协同开发,实现了酶联斑点显微图像的全自动扫描采集.实验结果表明:控制系统运行稳定高效,各轴电机运动误差<18μm;自动扫描图像清晰,整盒扫描时间<175 s,满足酶联斑点自动扫描需求.To meet the needs of clinical medical test, a mechanical platform and a control system based on "computer+embedded controller+industrial micro camera" of enzyme-linked spot image scanner were developed. The hardware and software development of embedded controller based on ARM were completed, which realized multi-axis motor motion control and the scanner workflow. Through the software collaborative development of the master computer and the slave controller, the enzyme-linked spot microscopic image was acquired automatically. The experimental results show that the control system is efficient and stable, the motor motion error of each axis is less than 18 μm, the image is clear and the scanning time of the whole kit is less than 175 s. The image scanner can meet the requirements of enzyme-linked spot automatic scanning.
