摘  要:目的为了探索枯草芽孢杆菌与粉红粘帚霉复配菌剂对马铃薯粉痂病的防治效果。方法以沽源县2018年发生粉痂病的马铃薯为试验材料,将枯草芽孢杆菌和粉红粘帚霉复配与麦麸混合后,以不同菌剂量给供试马铃薯种薯薯块儿包衣。收获后测产并调查大、小薯数比例及粉痂病的病情指数。结果枯草芽孢杆菌和粉红粘帚霉复配菌剂,不影响马铃薯的出苗率,不影响马铃薯的大、小薯个数比例及产量。然而对马铃薯粉痂病病情指数的影响存在显著性差异。结论马铃薯种薯中拌入枯草芽孢杆菌和粉红粘帚霉复配菌剂,对马铃薯粉痂病有明显的防治效果,推荐在生产中应用。Objective This experiment explores the control effect of a compound inoculant of Bacillus subtilis and Clonostachys rosea on potato powdery mildew.Method Using the potato infected with powdery mildew disease that occurred in Guyuan County last year as research material,intermingling the mixture of Bacillus subtilis and Clonostachys rosea with wheat bran,and coating the test potato seed pieces with different bacteria dosage,after harvest,the yield was measured and the proportion of large and small potatoes and the disease index of powdery mildew were investigated.Result The combined bactericides of Bacillus subtilis and Clonostachys rosea did not affect the potato germination rate,the number of large and small potatoes,or the yield.However,there was a significant influence on the disease index of potato powdery mildew.Conclusion Potato seed pieces mixed with Bacillus subtilis and Clonostachys rosea have obvious control effect on potato powdery mildew,and should be recommended to application in production.
