中医特色护理应用于乳腺癌护理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中医特色护理对乳腺癌患者的影响。方法:对76例乳腺癌患者进行调研,按照随机奇偶数字法分组,对照组38例接受常规护理,观察组38例在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理,护理结束后比较2组患者乳腺癌症状改善程度、遵医行为以及护理满意度。结果:观察组上肢水肿、疼痛、夜寐不安、便秘、自汗盗汗、呕恶纳呆、神疲乏力、四肢麻木等评分低于对照组,按时用药、合理饮食、配合锻炼、定期复诊各项评分、总分值及护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医特色护理在乳腺癌患者中的使用可有效缓解术后不适,改善患者遵医行为,提高护理满意度。Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing on patients with breast cancer.Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with breast cancer were investigated and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random odd-even number grouping method,38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine characteristic nursing based on the nursing of the control group.After nursing,the improvement of symptoms of breast cancer,compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of edema of upper limbs,pain,restless sleep,constipation,spontaneous sweating and night sweating,vomiting,nausea,torpid intake,lassitude of spirit,lack of strength,and numbness of limbs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of administration on time,reasonable diet,exercise,and regular return visit,the total score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with breast cancer can effectively relieve postoperative discomfort,and improve their compliance behavior and nursing satisfaction.
