传统与新型抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症患者的疗效及费用分析

摘　　要：目的分析在为精神分裂症患者提供治疗服务的过程中传统与新型抗精神病药物的疗效及费用。方法本次实验研究的260例对象均为2018年1月至2018年12月在我院接受精神分裂症治疗的患者,按照患者治疗意愿的不同分为两组,给予新型抗精神病药物治疗的130例患者作为研究组,给予传统抗精神病药物治疗的130例患者作为对比组,对比分析两组患者治疗效果与费用。结果研究组与对比组患者治疗后各个时期BPRS、PANSS评分与治疗前相比存在统计学差异(P<0.05),但是两组间比较统计学差异并不显著(P>0.05);研究组患者各种治疗费用以及并发症发生情况与对比组患者存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在为精神分裂症患者提供治疗服务的过程中,新型抗精神病药物的疗效与传统抗精神病药物相比差异并不大,但是其治疗费用明显更低,两种治疗药物的主要不良反应类型不尽相同,但是总体来说新型抗精神病药物的不良反应更少,相对来说新型抗精神病药物更值得在临床上进行广泛的推广与运用。Objective To analyze the efficacy and cost of traditional and new antipsychotic drugs in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The 260 subjects studied in this experiment were treated with schizophrenia in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,and divided into two groups according to the patientundefineds treatment will,and 130 patients treated with new antipsychotic drugs were treated as the study group.The treatment effect and cost of the two groups were compared and analyzed in 130 patients treated with the traditional antipsychotic drugs as the control group.Results The scores of BPRS and PANSS in the study group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05)than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the difference between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the treatment cost and the incidence of complications in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of providing the treatment service for the patients with schizophrenia,the curative effect of the new antipsychotic drugs is not large compared with the traditional antipsychotic drugs,but the treatment cost is obviously lower,and the main adverse reaction types of the two therapeutic drugs are different,But the adverse reaction of the novel antipsychotics is less,and the relatively novel antipsychotic drugs are more worthy to be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
