摘　　要：目的对比分析阿替普酶与尿酸激酶在急性脑梗死治疗中的疗效及安全性的效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年8月在我院神经内科住院治疗的122例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为阿替普酶组与尿酸激酶组,各61例,分别接受阿替普酶、尿酸激酶治疗,分别在治疗前、治疗后1 d、治疗后1周及治疗后2周对患者进行神经功能缺损及日常生活能力评价,在疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果尿酸激酶组总有效率为96.73%,阿替普酶组患者总有效率为98.37%,差距无统计学意义(P>0.05);尿酸激酶组与阿替普酶组治疗前、后的NIHSS评分对比无统计学意义,但组内对比,可以明显得出经过溶栓治疗后,患者的神经损害明显改善;尿酸激酶组与阿替普酶组治疗前、后的ADL评分对比无统计学意义,但组内对比,可以明显得出经过溶栓治疗后,患者的生活能力明显提升。结论应用阿替普酶与尿酸激酶治疗急性脑梗死都可以使患者神经功能得到改善,生活自理能力得到提升,治愈率均较高。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of alteplase and Urokinase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 122 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:alteplase group and Urokinase Group,each with 61 cases,the patients were treated with alteplase and urokinase respectively.The neurological deficits and activities of daily living were evaluated before treatment,1 day after treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,after the course of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 96.73%in the urokinase group and 98.37%in the alteplase group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the urokinase group and the alteplase group,however,compared within the group,the neurological damage of the patients after thrombolytic therapy was significantly improved,while the Adl scores before and after treatment in the urokinase group and the alteplase group were not statistically significant,but within the group,after thrombolytic therapy,the patient’s ability to live improved significantly.Conclusion ATPASE and UROKINASE can improve the neurological function,improve the ability of self-care and have a higher cure rate in acute cerebral infarction.
