摘  要:目的探讨健康教育模式的临床应用效果。方法选取66例阑尾炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组33例。观察组依KHQ模式进行健康教育,对照组依常规模式进行健康教育。比较两组对健康知识的认知水平及对健康教育的满意度。结果观察组对健康知识的认知率为93.94%,高于对照组的72.73%(χ^2=3.93,P=0.048);观察组对健康教育满意度为96.97%,高于对照组的75.76%(χ^2=4.63,P=0.031)。结论KHQ模式具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the health education model.Methods Sixty-six patients with appendicitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group received health education according to the KHQ model,and the control group received health education according to the conventional model.The two groups'cognitive level of health knowledge and satisfaction with health education were compared.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 93.94%,which was higher than the 72.73%in the control group(χ^2=3.93,P=0.048).The satisfaction rate of the observation group on health education was 96.97%,which was higher than the 75.76%in the control group(χ^2=4.63,P=0.031).Conclusion KHQ model has good clinical application value.
