摘 要:目的探讨精神科护士负性情绪及职业倦怠的防制方法。方法选取精神科护士100例,将其随机分为研究组及对照组,各50例。研究组实施团体MBSR,对照组给予定期团体茶话会。8周后评定两组的负性情绪及职业倦怠情况。结果两组干预后情感衰竭、去人格化得分均有大幅降低(P<0.05),个人成就感均有大幅升高(P<0.05),但研究组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后焦虑、抑郁及压力评分均有大幅下降(P<0.05),但研究组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论MBSR对精神科护士自身的调节及身心健康有着积极的意义。Objective To explore the prevention methods of psychiatric nurses'negative emotions and job burnout.Methods 100 psychiatric nurses were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group,50 cases each.The research group implemented group MBSR,and the control group was offered regular group tea party.After 8 weeks,the negative emotions and job burnout of the two groups were evaluated.Results After intervention,the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization scores of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the personal sense of accomplishment was significantly increased(P<0.05),but the change in the study group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the anxiety,depression,and stress scores all decreased significantly(P<0.05),but the decrease in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MBSR has positive significance for psychiatric nurses'self-regulation and physical and mental health.
