摘 要:目的研究不同水压力对牙菌斑的清洁效果。方法招募40例25~65岁牙周健康志愿者,同时接受5组实验。A组单纯牙刷刷牙组(统一牙刷、牙膏)为空白对照组,冲洗水压力为1 kPa、2 kPa、3 kPa、5 kPa时冲洗40″的清洁效果分别记为B、C、D、E组。结果D组实验菌斑染色结果为13.78±2.38、12.40±2.31、12.98±1.94,A、B、C组结果相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。D组与E组清洁效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水压力为3 kPa时清洁效果明显优于单纯牙刷刷牙以及水压力为1 kPa、2 kPa的清洁效果。Objective To study the cleaning effect of dental plaque under different water pressures.Methods Forty healthy periodontal volunteers aged 25-65 years were recruited,and they underwent 5 groups of experiments.The simple toothbrushing group in group A(unified toothbrush and toothpaste)was a blank control group.The cleaning effect of washing 40″at a pressure of 1 kPa,2 kPa,3 kPa,and 5 kPa was recorded as B,C,D,and E groups.Results Group D the plaque staining results in the experimental group were 13.78±2.38,12.40±2.31,12.98±1.94,and the differences in the results of the A,B,and C groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the cleaning effect between the D group and the E group.Significance(P>0.05).Conclusions The cleaning effect is significantly better when the water pressure is 3 kPa than that of a simple toothbrush and the water pressure is 1 kPa or 2 kPa.
