摘　　要：在分析当前国内航天型号管理过程中的主要矛盾及质量成本管理与型号产品保证工作关联性的基础上,对质量成本管理存在的问题及其根本原因进行了剖析,并从提高全员对质量成本的认识、完善质量成本模型和统计方法、健全质量成本管理机制等方面,提出了提高质量成本管理工作实效性的思路和措施。Based on the analysis of the main contradictions in current domestic aerospace project management and relations between quality cost management and product assurance activities of aerospace projects, this paper analyzes the problems in quality cost management and their basic reasons. From awareness of the whole staff on quality cost, quality cost model and statistical method, and quality cost management system aspects, this paper puts forward the ideas and measures to improve the effectiveness of space project quality cost management.
