摘　　要：目的探讨颞浅动脉旁皮下注射改良法在缺血性视神经病变中的应用效果。方法选取我院眼科2019年4月—12月住院患者102例,将采用传统注射方法的患者作为对照组,采用颞浅动脉旁皮下注射改良法注射治疗的患者作为治疗组。观察2组注射部位疼痛程度、治疗依从率、心理状况。结果治疗组治疗依从率高于对照组、注射部位疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);结论采用颞浅动脉旁皮下注射改良法,可减轻缺血性视神经病变患者疼痛,提高依从率,并减轻患者的心理应激。Objective To investigate the effect of modified subcutaneous injection of superficial temporal artery on ischemic optic neuropathy.Methods A total of 102 patients with inpatients in our hospital from April 2019 to December 2019 were selected.The traditional injectionmethod was used as the control group,and themodified superficial temporal artery subcutaneous injection was used as the treatment group.The patients were observed at the injection site for pain,treatment compliance rate,SAS score and SDS score.Results The treatment compliance rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the pain at the injection site was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);The SAS score and SDS score of psychological stress indicators in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Conclusion Improved injection can reduce pain,improve compliance,and reduce psychological stress in patients.
