摘 要:目的探讨多感官刺激疗法对脑发育障碍儿童的临床疗效。方法选取我院2018年6月—2019年6月收治的脑发育障碍儿童92例,根据干预方式分为感官组和常规组,每组46例。常规组给予常规训练干预,感官组在常规组训练干预基础上联合多感官刺激疗法,观察对比2组患儿治疗前后Gesell发育量表中动作、应物能、语言以及应人能力评分。结果治疗前2组感官组动作、应物能、语言以及应人能力评分比较无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,感官组动作、应物能、语言以及应人能力测评均优于常规组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论多感官刺激疗法可帮助脑发育障碍儿童提供一种无压力、娱乐环境,合理训练其视觉、听觉、触觉、嗅觉等感官,提升动作、应物能、语言以及应人能力。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of multi-sensory therapy on the motor,adaptive,language and personal-social capability for neurodevelopmental disorder children.Methods 92 neurodevelopmental disorder children treated from June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital were reviewed and assigned to two groups according to different intervention modes,46 cases in each group.The conventional group took the conventional training;on the basis of the former,the sensory group took the multi-sensory therapy.According to Gesell Developmental Schedules,the motor,adaptive,language and personal-social scores were statistically analyzed.Results Before therapy,the motor,adaptive,language and personal-social scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the motor,adaptive,language and personal-social scores in sensory group were significantly better than conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the stress-free and entertainment environment,the multi-sensory therapy is used to train children's sense of vision,auditory,touch and smell,and improve the motor,adaptive,language and personal-social capacity.
