摘  要:目的:观察髓系细胞触发受体-1(TREM-1)在大鼠脑出血(ICH)后血肿周围脑组织中的表达及其与脑组织炎症反应形成的关系。方法:选择健康雄性SD大鼠36只,采用随机数字表法分为假手术组和ICH后1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d,7 d组,每组6只。采用自体注血方法制作大鼠ICH后1 d,2 d,3 d,5 d和7 d组模型,以实时荧光定量PCR(RT-PCR)法检测出血后不同时间点血肿周围脑组织中TREM-1的表达及其高峰时间点脑组织中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达。结果:与假手术组相比,各ICH组大鼠脑组织中TREM-1均表达升高,并于ICH后3 d时达到高峰,且与IL-1β及TNF-α的表达呈正相关。结论:TREM-1在大鼠ICH后血肿周围脑组织中呈动态表达升高,并与ICH后脑组织炎症反应密切相关。Objective:To observe the expression of the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell-1(TREM-1)in the peripheral brain of the hematoma after spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)and its relationship with the inflammatory response of the brain tissue.Methods:The rat model was established by autologous blood injection on the 1st day,2nd day,3rd day,5th day and 7th day after ICH.The expression of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the brain tissue at different time points after hemorrhage were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)method.Results:Compared with the sham operation group,the expression of TREM-1 in the brain tissue of each ICH group increased and reached the peak at 3 days after ICH,and was positively correlated with the expression of IL-1βand TNF-α.Conclusion:The dynamic expression of TREM-1 in the surrounding brain tissue of rats after ICH was increased,which was closely related to the inflammatory reaction of brain tissue after ICH.
