摘 要:临床思维是医师临床能力的核心和基础,也是临床药师参与临床药物治疗与药学服务的重要前提。针对目前临床药师规范化培训中,学员仍局限于以药物为中心的思考模式,难以有效提升学员的综合素质,阻碍了临床合理用药、保障患者用药安全活动的顺利开展,不能满足医院对临床药师能力的需求。本文提出了建立临床思维的重要性,并通过分析带教过程中发现的实际问题,对临床药师学员培养各环节中临床思维的建立,进行了有益的探索和研究,通过对患者进行人文关怀、用药教育以及开展病例讨论等活动,不断提升学员的临床思维及临床实践能力。Clinical thinking is the core and foundation of doctors’clinical competence,and it is also an important prerequisite for clinical pharmacists to participate in clinical drug treatment and pharmaceutical care.In the current standardized training of clinical pharmacists,the trainees are still limited to the drug-centered thinking mode,which is difficult to effectively improve the comprehensive quality of the trainees,hinders the smooth implementation of rational clinical drug use and drug safety for patients,and fails to meet the hospital’s demand for the ability of clinical pharmacists.The importance of clinical thinking,this paper put forward through analysis of the problems found in the teaching process,students for clinical pharmacists training of clinical thinking in every link,has carried on the beneficial exploration and research,through the study of the humanistic care of patients,medical education and for case discussion and other activities,improving students’ability of clinical thinking and clinical practice.
